Spring Boot Web App with OTP Login

I'm looking to develop a Spring Boot based Web application, which incorporates OAuth2 Authentication with an OTP (One Time Password) login system. The OTP will be delivered via SMS.

Project Tech Stack : Backend must be in Java 8 and above
UI/ UX must be using React JS
