Spring Boot and React development for proxies -- 2

I am looking for an experienced developer to create a Spring Boot and React program for proxies. This project is for personal usage and I need help with full-scale development and long-term maintenance once it is completed. I expect the developer to demonstrate a high level of expertise and experience with the project. Attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex instructions is key to succeeding with this project. Ideally, the developer will provide an intuitive platform with a demo-ready product that can be quickly deployed. Long-term maintenance of the platform is also required.
