Spring Boot REST API Development

I'm looking to hire an experienced backend developer to build a REST API using Spring Boot. The specific functionality to be implemented is for CRUD operations for data. Unfortunately, the type of data this API will be handling is yet to be defined, which requires the developer to be able to adapt as the requirements evolve. The API will need to interact with MySQL Database, thus familiarity with this database technology is critical.
Ideal Skills:
