Spring Boot OData project that sets out each step of the authentication process enabling Excel to authenticate to the app using the logged in users credentials.

Spring Boot oData project Create a Spring Boot maven based project that exposes data (an internal memory structure held in a JSON Object) via oData, securing it so that Excel can authorise using the users MS authentication - presumably via an Azure registered app.
I am assuming that there is some sort of standard protocol / sequence that looks something like Excel calling a mapping to obtain a token, then sending that token to mapping that follow a specific naming convewntion, eg there will be a secured @RequestMapping for /odata.svc/$metadata that provides the metadata.
The project is there to provide us with a template we can expand to do what we actually want to do, with the main purpose being to teach us how to do the Excel Single Sign on part of it.
We are looking for someone who has done this before - that this is a piece of cake for you and the entire exchanges takes you half a day.
