Spring Boot OAuth Implementation

We are working on a greenfield project, some of our web services are already in place. We need to implement OAuth2.0 authorization server and secure all our microservices. Developer need to either fix the current issue being faced or can provide brand new microservice. Payment will be made on the spot after reviewing the code.
