Speed punch

I want a mod that makes it so hitting something does more damage the faster they are moving, and i dont want it to be determined by having the speed effect, like when you sprint you do more damage then walking and same for crouching and walking, but also i need it so it is infinite depending on how many blocks per second your traveling at.
