Spark Driver Reactivation

I'm looking to reactivate an account on Spark driver. The programming language or framework to be used hasn't been pre-decided yet which can be selected by the freelancer in alignment with my project. The purpose of the Spark driver has not been specified. Freelancers with diverse experience in Spark driver and proficiency in Java, Scala or Python are preferred. Their choice of language will determine the necessary course of action. Communication skills are a must as further details about the project's purpose will be discussed after selection.
