Solr Apache configuration for Arabic Text
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need to ensure that Arabic text with and without the Hamza (ء ) character are treated as equivalent during indexing and querying. for example (أ and ا) or و ؤ like this character contain ء should omit while searching and show the result. if user search اهل it should bring أهل record also and viseversa.
The version of apache Solr is 8.11.1 and the data is with mysql.
Tasks:
Review the existing Solr schema configuration and Identify the issue related to Arabic text search.
Update the configuration to handle Arabic text with and without Hamza (ء ) correctly for this type of character(أ or ا or إ ,ؤ etc).
