We are looking for someone that can give us support on the update and improvement of a software used for predictive microbiology and risk assessment in foods (MICROHIBRO: www.microhibro.com). The software includes a database of mathematical models that can be executed, to provide users with predictions of microbial behaviour in foods.
The main activity would be to translate the information of the software from JAVA script to R language, creating a dashboard in which models implemented in R language could be run. In addition, the dashboard would display graphical representations of model predictions, among other functions to aid users on reporting the results provided by the software.
