Software For Data Extration -- 2

Hello everyone. I have a group in which sharing discounted products. I need a software that can extract data from a discount site which is www.akakce.com. The software should get the discounts added newly to www.akakce.com and evaluate if it is a real deal or not. For that, the software should compare the discount with other sites. For example, in Turkey we have www.hepsiburada.com as a shopping site. Let's say Product A dropped to 100 TL in that site. If I set the discount percentage to %20 percent in the software, and the other sites sell the Product A at at least 120 TL, then the software should send me a notification. This software can be a Telegram bot as well.
