Software Dev for Work Process Automation

I am in need of an experienced and knowledgeable software developer to create a high-performing software that can effectively automate certain work processes such as data entry, report generation, task scheduling and contract making.
Main tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Integrating the software with existing systems for seamless data entry.
- Automating report generation based on specific data inputs and criteria.
- Creating an efficient task scheduling system.
- Setting up configurable templates for automatic contract making.
The software will primarily be written in Python and Java. Having expertise in these languages is a must. The ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of systems design and be familiar with database management.
Although I did not specify any APIs for the software to connect with, I am open to suggestions. It might be necessary to leverage the power of APIs to make our system even better. I look forward to discussing this more throughout the project's development.
