Smart Webview Android Project -- 2

I need an Android application (with the app icon that I will provide) based on a web view using SmartWebView (https://github.com/mgks/Android-SmartWebView). The project is considered complete when it meets the following criteria:

The source code should be error-free and compatible with all Android versions.
The application should be published on our Google Play account (website on our end).
Guide us from receiving the source code until successfully publishing it.
The Android application should have a loading screen and app icon as provided by us.
The Android application should be ready to integrate with Firebase for notification purposes.
Ensure that the back button on the device functions as the back button on a website browser, not closing the application.
The Android application should be capable of downloading or uploading image or video data directly from the user's album or camera.
