Small Survey web application using JSF framework
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
This is a micro web application to capture survey details.
This needs to be built using JSF framework, HTML, CSS3, and Bootstrap and for the database, we require you to use Mysql.
Require a page to capture survey details and another page to display all the data of survey capture till that point.
Field required to be captured in the survey:
1. Name
2. Address
3. Email
4. How many pieces of fruit do you eat per day? (radio input)
5. My favorite fruit (drop-down list (Apple, Banana, Plum, & Pomegranateate))
6. Would you like a brochure? (check box input)
7. Submit button
