- It must have the ability to process and respond to a wide scope of queries and have exceptional customer service features which allow it to interact consistently and effectively with users.
- Importantly, the chatbot should also feature natural language processing (NLP) capabilities, giving it the ability to understand, interpret and respond in a more intuitive and human-like way.
