Simple yet Effective Web Development Project

I am in need of a final project for my B.Tech CSE. This includes a comprehensive synopsis and properly formatted PDF file of the major project intended for my final year, as well as the complete code file and all necessary components.

Key Requirements:
- Any code-based programming language will do, with a preference for simplicity and effectiveness.
- The project should ideally be a web application, though other good and simple options will be considered.
- The focus of the project should be on web development.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
