Simple Java server-client application with SSL

I need minimal Java server-client application that demonstrates encrypted communication with use of SSL.
Application needs to be able to read a self-signed certificate stored in a JKS file and perform data exchange between server and a client.
Requirements:
- client and server compilable classes
- use TLS v.1.3
- Java 11
- Maven-based project
- instruction on how to generate secret key, certificate and the keystore files (in a form of java code or unix commands)
