Serverless Function Semantic Repository Development

I'm looking for a developer to create a semantic repository for my serverless functions. The repository should support a variety of functionalities, as well as implement a robust authentication and authorization mechanism.

Key Requirements:
- **Programming Language**: The serverless functions need to be written in Java.
- **Functionality**: The repository should:
- Provide a search feature for function code
- Have both a search and publish feature
- Implement a crawling functionality

- **Authentication and Authorization**: I'd like the system to have OAuth 2.0 implemented for accessing the semantic repository.
