Senior Developer Interview Proxy Needed for Indian
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have 6–7 years of solid web-development experience on paper, but my current workload makes it impossible to attend every recruiter, technical, and HR call that keeps coming in. I’m looking for an Indian professional who can step in as my proxy, handle each interview from start to finish, and ultimately secure the offer in my name.
What you’ll face on these calls
• Technical rounds focus on both front-end and back-end: React or Angular on the UI side, plus advanced-level questions in Java, C#, and Python on the server side.
• A fair share of general HR and soft-skill conversations.
• Most opportunities are with fast-moving startups, so expect practical problem solving and rapid-fire questioning.
How payment works
I’ll release $100 as soon as you come onboard and start taking calls. Once you land the job for me, I’ll pay ₹24 000 (~$300) every month you remain engaged to smooth the transition and help with any follow-up discussions.
Success criteria
1. Attend every scheduled call on time, presenting yourself as me.
2. Demonstrate advanced knowledge in the tech stack mentioned above and answer HR queries confidently.
3. Receive a formal offer letter in my name from at least one company.
