Selenium automation framework with Java

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Selenium automation framework using Java on testng with deep knowledge. This framework should be compatible with multiple browsers, including Chrome and Firefox,include hybrid (keyword and data driven) reading data from Excel using fillo api

Some of the test cases for the project are already prepared, but there are also some that need to be developed.

The estimated timeline for this project is less than a month.
