Selenium WebDriver + Java Methods for Network Control

I need two methods developed for my Selenium WebDriver + Java automation project. These methods should control the internet connectivity of a RemoteWebDriver instance during test execution.

- The first method should make the browser offline, and the second should bring it back online again.
- Both methods should take RemoteWebDriver as input.
- The methods should be tested on both Linux and Windows platforms, and on both Chrome and Edge browsers.
- Future-proofing is a plus, as I may require varying levels of network latency in the future.

Ideal skills for this project include proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver, experience with network simulation in automated tests, and expertise in both Linux and Windows operating systems.
