Security project -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced security specialist to help me with a project. The project requires data security, as well as both active and passive security measures. I do not currently have any security measures in place. The specialist would need to be knowledgeable in all aspects of security, as this is a crucial project for us.

Project requirements:
Secure chatting and file transfer system (4 members only):
• Users choose encryption mode: o Single key (DES, AES)
o Two keys (RSA, EL GAMAL)
• Create a TTP (Using PRNG generates the key for the two
users and send it using PK)
• For one sided-key generation: encrypted with other side's
Public key- Session key encryption
• Two keys: Retrieve public keys from Central repo (using
ID)
• GUI is a must.
• Implement the chatting system using two different
laptops “Socket Programming”
