AI Search Engine for internal employees and customers base use

I'm in need of a highly skilled freelancer who can develop an AI-based search engine tailored towards the customers and employees use for a company. The key features required for this project include:

-Natural language processing: Understanding and interpreting human language effectively is crucial.

-Relevance ranking: The system should be capable of ranking search results based on their relevance to the search query.

-Personalized recommendations: The ultimate goal is to personalize user experience, thus the engine should be capable of generating recommendations based on user behavior and preferences.

In terms of data sourcing, the AI engine should primarily draw information from databases. A background in data mining and database management would therefore be advantageous. Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing is a must-have. Understanding of UX design to foster user-friendly interactions is also highly desirable.
