Script to Validate Lead NUMBERS with COINBASE

I need a script that checks a list of lead numbers against coinbase accounts.

Key Requirements:
- The script must verify if the numbers are registered with Coinbase.
- The list of lead numbers will be provided in a CSV file.
- If an number is found to be registered with Coinbase, it should be logged to a new file.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages is preferred.
- Experience with handling CSV files and writing scripts for data validation.
- Knowledge of Binance's API (if applicable) would be a plus.
