Sailpoint tech assistant

I want someone to assist me with sailpoint provision/deprovision in Active Directory. Should be some experience in this who has done this before. I know Sailpoint but will need assistance here and there so this is NOT a build from scratch. More like an advisory. This could be a long term because I will have several Sailpoint tasks to do so I may have you also develop some components for me.

Auto creation of new AD account from HR feed.
Manager sync in AD
Termination/disable
Admin account auto creation on request
AD group Management
Account certification
Application onboard
