SVG to Font Converter Development

I am looking for a skilled and experienced freelancer to develop a program that converts SVG files to Fonts (TTF/OTF). I mainly operate on Java/Python/JavaScript systems. The program must be developed using Java as that's my preferred programming language.

Ideal Skills:
• Strong Java programming skills and experience
• Understanding of SVG files and Font files (TTF/OTF)
• Experience in developing similar programs would be a plus
