SQS / S3 Java Certificate issue

Hi , I am getting the certificate issue with the below error, kindly help me here.

http 202 Accepted; SdkClientException: Unable to execute HTTP request: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target;
