SOAP Services Migration to Spring Boot

I'm in need of a skilled developer who can help me migrate my SOAP-based services from Java to a Java Spring Boot stack.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience with SOAP-based services
- Proficiency in Java and Java Spring Boot
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Ability to ensure minimal downtime during migration
- Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle migration challenges
- Someone who is willing to work on this project remotely.
- Should have minimum 5-7 years of experience in the same .
- Should be very much familiar what needs to be done to migrate.
- Need to start from Analysis of existing SOA services and understanding the existing system design and then creating a new migration design and plan followed by development .
Your role will involve assessing the current system, planning the migration process and executing it. Understanding of best practices in service migration will be a big plus. Please include past relevant experiences in your proposal.
