HR Roster Real-Time Integration
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm in need of a developer with advanced proficiency in Java to help create a rostering program on Filemaker Pro (or other) that can integrate seamlessly with my existing HR management software (Spinschedules).
Key Tasks:
- Implement real-time synchronization feature to ensure rosters are accurately updated on the go.
- Enable data import/export functionalities between both systems for easy data mobilization and manipulation.
Ideal Candidate:
Your experience in Java and interfacing with HR management software, understanding of real-time synchronization, and data import/export are crucial for a successful execution of this project. It would be great if you have a background in HR but not necessary. More than anything, proactivity, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for details is highly appreciated in this role.
