Roller Splat in Java with Swing

Hi, I need help developing a java game called 'Roller Splat', basically the famous Android game, using Swing. I have already started but I would need help to finish it by 19 February. Yes I'm looking for someone to help me, and explain me how to do it, I don't want it done all nice and ready, I want to learn. I should also implement a random level generator for this game. Thanks
