Rewrite Java OOP small project into PHP or Python

### Important notes:

2) You can use either PHP or Python as a programming language (pick your favorite) .

Our need is very basic:
1) Transform this JAVA based classes and code into Python or PHP using the same OOP Concepts.
2) Provide the new UML design for the classes (you can find it somewhere in the description)
