Reviewing/correcting a scenario i wrote -- 4

Hi There, i have a requirement where there i need to add a capability in my java component . The capability is to pick the records from AWS S3 and create a payload and send that payload as part of the API request . I wrote most of the code and i just needs some help/guidance to clear few errors and point me in a right direction.
