Reviewing/correcting a scenario i wrote

Hi there, i have a requirement where i need to add the capability in a java batch. And that capability is where it picks the data from s3 and creates a payload and make a request to api by inserting that payload in addition to couple of fields. I almost wrote the quote but i need some help/ pointers as im facing few errors and to review/ do additions or do corrections to my code.
