Retro Java Game Identification

I'm looking for someone who can help me identify a Java game I used to play on my uncle's Motorola Razr V3i. The main character in the game was either a car or a boat, and it had different stages with a top view camera. I had to shoot some enemies and dodge obstacles, and after some time, a red scorpion would come as the boss and a nice background music would play while the boss is active.

The most memorable feature of the game for me was the red scorpion boss. The game's visuals were cartoonish, so if you have experience with retro games and can help me find this one, I'd be very grateful.
