My current résumé is cluttered, dated, and failing most ATS filters. I need it reorganised into a clean, one-to-two-page document that instantly positions me as a strong on-site software developer within the technology sector. The content already exists; what I lack is sharp wording, logical flow, and the right balance of technical depth (Java, Python, Git, AWS) and measurable achievements.
Once the résumé is tightened, I also want proactive guidance on uncovering suitable openings. That includes identifying companies hiring for in-office developer positions, refining keywords for job boards, and shaping an adaptable cover-letter template I can tweak quickly for each posting.
