Location: Remote
Pattern: Part-time (WFH) / Online Training / UK GMT /GST.
Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automation Testing Trainer with expertise in Java, JUnit, Maven, TestNG, SQL, Browserstack and other related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, with a focus on both web and mobile automation testing. This role involves delivering comprehensive training programs, including preparation for ISTQB certification, hands-on exercises, and sample projects.
Responsibilities:
Strong experience in training .
Develop and deliver training programs on automation testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on Java, JUnit, Maven, Cucumber , BDD Github, and TestNG.
Design and deliver training modules covering fundamental and advanced concepts in automation testing, including test automation frameworks, scripting, and continuous integration.
Prepare trainees for ISTQB certification exams, providing guidance, resources, and practice exams to ensure success.
Design the manual testing learning and deliver the training.
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, demos, exercises, and sample projects, to reinforce key concepts and skills.
Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups, mainly virtually, ensuring practical knowledge transfer and skill development.
Customise training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, including beginners and experienced professionals.
Provide mentorship and support to trainees throughout the learning process, offering guidance, feedback, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into training materials to illustrate practical applications of automation testing techniques.
Cover mobile automation testing concepts and tools, including Appium and Selenium WebDriver for mobile testing on iOS and Android platforms.
Good Java experience and in-depth understanding of coding .
Efficient in using BrowserStack device farm for mobile testing.
Exprecience in Agile.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience working as an Automation Testing Engineer or similar role, with expertise in Java, JUnit, Maven, cucumber, Github and TestNG.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices, with a focus on automation testing.
Experience with mobile automation testing frameworks and tools, such as Appium, Selenium WebDriver, and Cypress.
Certification in ISTQB Foundation Level or higher is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously.
Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in automation testing and software development.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
