Remote Developer Needed

Hi,

I am currently helping one company in Indonesia to expand their Java programming development team for their product development.

So here how this works:
1. Once we have found the right candidates, the candidate will need to sign the NDA under Indonesia law. You will also be required to submit your ID card or passport as evidences.
2. There will be helps to set up your local environment with the project.
3. You will be assigned one or more JIRA tickets with the details of its scopes.
4. You estimate the cost and time. We will create the freelancer project based on that once the cost and time is approved.
5. Do the unit test and push the codes to bitbucket and will be tested by QA. You need to support your work until it's bugs-free.
6. Any enhancements will be done as separate project.
7. Once done, there will be more tickets given to you.
8. You will be part of the development team so you can always contact their Business Analyst, other programmers or etc.

Technology: Java web app (with Spring MVC Framework), JSP, JSTL, jQuery, traditional JDBC prepared statement. The database to support both SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

This will be medium to long term work relationship.

Preference:
1. They prefer to work with someone that is near the Jakarta local time ie 2-3 hours differences max so there may be zoom, whatsapp call or etc.
2. They also prefer to work with individual instead of company for an undisclosed reason.
