Reference an open source license when using a Jar

I need a quick zoom call with someone to get guidance on how to reference open source licenses when using a java library in a commerical product. This is the library is: https://owasp.org/www-project-java-html-sanitizer/. As the website specifies, it is dual licensed under the Apache 2 and New BSD License. The library will be used as delivered without any modifications to the source code.
