Refactor Java Spring to Python RESTFul service call

I have an API Gateway written in Java Spring that makes a call to another service written in Python. Currently the API Gateway uses a for loop to make multiple calls to the Python service to retrieve and build an array of data that is returned to an Angular client. I need a freelancer who refactor the code so that the API Gateway and pass a JSON object to the Python service that returns a multidimensional array of the data. See the attached PDF for details.
