Redirect Http Apis to Https on Backend Securely

I have http apis on backend, which is hosted on aws, that I need to be https for frontend compatibility. The backend is Java and Springboot. the https must be secure. The Apis are tests on Swagger: http://ec2-54-147-183-19.compute-1.amazonaws.com:9090/swagger-ui.html#/

Please see attached code. This can be done in any way
