Database: Cloud-hosted (MySQL / PostgreSQL recommended)

Video Call: Zoom / Agora / Twilio SDK (Please proposed any solution)
AI Chatbot: OpenAI API (GPT)
Human Detection: Google ML Kit

I need an Android app designed for a smart panel at a reception counter. The primary objective of this project is to improve staff productivity.
Key Features:
- Video Call Function: This is the most crucial feature, allowing visitor-to-staff communication.
- Building Directory Function
- Advertisement Function
- Content Management Function
The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience in Android app development, with a proven track record of creating interactive and user-friendly applications. Understanding of integrating video call systems into apps is a significant plus. Your role will be to translate this vision into a functional app that enhances staff productivity at our reception counter.
Besides, the fucntions there are some additional optional function to make the smart panel more interactive. The optional functions are AI Chatbot Function, Voice Speech Recognition Function, Greeting Function(when human is in front of the smart panel) Human Detection Function.
