I am looking for a skilled developer to create a system that generates realistic images based on a text prompt and the user's feedback. The system should utilize the OpenAI DALL-E API for the initial image generation.

i want to add some bit of learning in the project, we can allow changes in the NLP part, if you have any better idea to incorporate learning. [learning, for example, the model could learn how a good prompt looks like so that when the modification prompt is being given as an input then the model could refine that prompt, to make it into a good one. can add anything, i mean the model could learn anything.]
