I need a network monitoring tool that primarily supports HTTP/HTTPS. The tool should provide real-time analysis, track bandwidth, monitor latency, and send alerts when necessary. The ideal expert for this project should have:
- Proficiency in programming, specifically in Python or Java.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, particularly TCP/IP and HTTP/HTTPS.
- Experience in database management, with a strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Deliverables will include a prototype, source code, and comprehensive documentation. Please note, C++ is not an acceptable programming language for this project.
