Real-time Data Analytics Platform Collaboration
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m working on a real-time streaming data analytics reporting platform in a team of 3 professionals. I am looking for to collaborate with an experienced, skilled and committed Data Engineer / DevOps / Data Architect.
Our tech stack is:
Java
Apache Flink/Kafka
CI/CD
BitBucket repo
Change Data Capture (CDC) to align QuestDB
MySQL and NoSQL
Security
Data lineage tool
Kubernetes/Docker
I can offer up to: 1.600$/month for a full time agreement paid weekly. Fully flexibility: I don't mind you work in the morning/afternoon/nights, or fully focus to complete the 40 hours in 3 days. I don't mind the work to be done on weekends or bank holidays. As long as the weekly tasks are completed, I don't mind how you distribute your time (but some punctual alignment with the rest of the team when needed).
Also, for those developers who take part from the initial steps until product launching, will be granted with company shares at its foundation.
Problems happen—we're humans. Breakdowns, illness, personal issues, etc., can cause delays and mean that some weeks we work fewer hours. That’s okay; payments are adjusted based on the time dedicated.
PD: It's important to clarify that this is not a traditional hiring process.
I'm looking for collaborators, not employees—people who want to build something meaningful together and benefit from the success of the product we’re creating. Please, only proactive professionals—people who take ownership, show initiative, and are truly committed to the product we're building.
