Real Estate Platform: Agency & Portal
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I want to commission an end-to-end real-estate platform split into two tightly integrated areas: an Agency Panel and a consumer-facing Public Portal.
Agency Panel
The back-office must let each agency manage its entire catalogue with fully customisable property fields. Client follow-up tools are essential: I expect a sales pipeline, timeline notes, and reminders that I can filter by stage. Automatic export to external portals such as Idealista and Fotocasa is a must. Calendar-based appointment scheduling, an internal chat between agents and leads, and multi-agency support (each with its own branding, colours and domain) round out the requirement.
Public Portal
On the front end the visitor experience should mirror sites like Idealista. Core interactions I need are:
• property listing views with photo gallery, 360° virtual tour and floor-plan viewer
• online appointment request tied directly to the Agency Panel calendar
• real-time chat with the assigned agent
Search must be robust: basic keyword search, advanced filters (price, size, amenities, etc.) and an interactive map view that updates results as the user moves the map.
Preferred Stack
I lean toward a Java (Spring Boot) backend with Flutter apps (web, iOS, Android) for speed of development and a single code base, but I’m open to alternative stacks if you can justify clear benefits.

2. Realistic development timeline with major phases.
3. The technologies and architectural approach you recommend.
