RabbitMQ and Spring Boot Integration POC

I'm looking for help to create a proof of concept (POC) using RabbitMQ and Spring Boot. API call --> Spring boot (producer) --> RabbitMQ --> Spring boot (consumer) --> Postgresql
Note : It should work for load of 200 transaction per second, you should demo its performance. It should be secure.
