RBI-Savvy Chatbot Development

I'm looking to develop a chatbot in Open AI's Assistant API, specifically designed to browse and pull data from the RBI's website (https://rbi.org.in). This chatbot needs to be equipped with Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities to interact with users effectively.
Key requirements include:
- Extract and respond to inquiries about basic banking operations.
- Supply information from RBI's FAME booklets on Financial Literacy.
- Provide guidelines and data related to the SHG, farmers, and MSME sectors.
- Ability to pull and interpret banking regulation notifications or changes.
Ideal freelancers should have:
- Experience in Open AI's Assistant API.
- Understanding and practice of NLP.
- Ability to train the bot
Freelancer must be able to train the bot to provide correct information in every query. It would be preferable if bot can be integrated to whatsapp.
