QuickFIX + Java developer

I am looking for a java developer who can work on Quickfixj.
I need help with tweaking the existing strategy.
1. Add a logic that manages the max positions held in any direction. (if I set the value to 2 then it should cancel future Buy Limit orders).
2. Add trigger to Buy Limit orders so I can send Buy Limit orders that can trigger at specific price.
3. Integrate this Price Triggers in Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop Limit, Sell Stop Limit Orders.
4. Help me integrate with existing strategy.
