I'm looking for an expert to create a prototype of a software system in Python, capable of simulating the handling or processing of a large volume of user requests, while maintaining efficient throughput and response time. Taking into account the following priorities:

• System performance: Your work should principally aim to exhibit high-level performance concerning query response time and system throughput. Load balancing efficiency and resource utilization are as crucial.

• Scalability: I'm anticipating the system to be able to handle normal user requests from 100 - 1000 per second and sustain its performance, with an elasticity for peak loads.

• Development environment: You should be comfortable working with Python and Docker containerization to develop the project. Crucially, design tactics must be adopted for creating a scalable and adaptable system design.

The ideal freelancer for the job would have experience with software development using Python, building scalable systems, and Docker containerization. A robust understanding of performance metrics, including system throughput, query response time, load balancing efficiency, and resource utilization is indispensable.
