I'm looking for a developer to create a chatbot model using Python, tailored to understand a specific instruction manual with basic complexity. The chatbot's objective is to correctly and efficiently interpret instructions from the manual and provide accurate responses.
Ideal Skills:

The chatbot doesn’t need to be set up for any particular platform like Facebook Messenger, Slack, or Telegram. The manual for which the chatbot is being designed comprises simple, non-technical instructions so the developer won't have to decode any highly technical or scientific instructions. To reiterate, the designed chatbot should be able to read commands from the said manual, understand them, and respond accurately.
