Project Title: Complete and Debug Existing Codebase for PropertyPro Real Estate App

Description:
I’m a beginner developer working on PropertyPro, a real estate listing app I’m building for a family member. The project has become more challenging than anticipated, and I need assistance from an experienced developer proficient in MySQL, React, Java, and JavaScript to help bring it to completion. The app’s main functionality includes listing properties, user authentication, and search features, but it currently faces several technical issues that need fixing. The codebase is hosted on GitHub and has a solid foundation but requires debugging, optimization, and final feature implementation.

Project Details:

• Current Status: The codebase is partially developed and accessible on GitHub, with core functionalities started but not fully refined. Github Link: https://github.com/htrillo95/PropertyPro
• Technologies Used: MySQL, React, Java, JavaScript, SpringBoot, VS Code front end, IntelliJ back end.
• Errors and Issues:
• User Authentication: Issues with login persistence and occasional session expiration.
• Property Listings: Inconsistent display of property details and images not loading correctly.
• Search and Filter Functionality: Crashes when multiple filters are applied and performance slows with larger datasets.
• General Optimization: Improve the app’s responsiveness and reduce load times, especially for database queries.

Objectives:

1. Bug Fixing: Resolve the current bugs affecting the app’s stability and functionality.
2. Code Cleanup and Refactoring: Review the codebase for best practices and enhance readability and maintainability.
3. Feature Finalization: Complete remaining core features, including advanced search filters, property details pages, and notifications.
4. Performance Optimization: Enhance database query efficiency and app load speed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MySQL, React, Java, JavaScript, with experience using VS Code and IntelliJ.
• Familiarity with GitHub for code collaboration and version control.
• Patience and a collaborative approach to provide guidance on the project’s progress.
